So, Valentine's Day is already a day where you are forced to spend money if you are dating someone, so why would I complain, you might ask?
Today also happens to be my anniversary. Which means I have two options: be cheap and get one gift for both, or shovel out twice the money. I always seem to pick the latter, but hey, it's tax time so I'm okay.
So, here's the question...
What is everyone elses' most memorable VDay? Share your sweet/not so sweet vday stories in the comments?

Bug ATTACK!!
So I moved into my new apartment last weekend and I have to say, I was very impressed. Turns out, no mater how nice a place is, gross people may have lived there before you.
First night, I decided to make a pizza. I turn on the oven and out runs like 6 bugs. Knowing me, I screamed and had to get bug killer right away. I found boric acid from the old apartment and dumped it all behind the oven.
Now some may say this wasn't an attack, and to that I say, "You had to be there". The way they stormed out, all running forward... As if to be surging an empire. It was more like a battle than an attack because we fought back. Travis ran out with a shoe and vanquished the fleet of bugs in second. No match to me, but they got me thinking.
What if the people before me never cooked? What if they had been living there for months? All the moving in and unpacking and they didn't come out until I turned on the oven. How gross does that make the people that lived here before? Just sharing an apartment with
No, I don't feel bad at all. If I had opened the door and a group of strang men came running at me I I'm sure I would have reacted the same way. Probably not killing them, but I could see myself throwing shoes and screaming.
Anyways, I immediately cleaned the oven before putting my pizzas in, and all was well.
Just an update, I'll post more soon. As always, thanks for reading!

Procrastinatin is all I do
So, I'm supposed to be packing and here I am, desperately trying to find something else to do and I thought: Why not blog about it?
For those of you who know me, I am moving this week and so far haven't packed at all. I have tried, but I end up just walking away. I know it can't be just ms out here who does this. If so then they made a whole word just for me, and that would be silly. Procrastination. That is my word of the day.
I sign my lease on Wednesday to the new place. I am excited, don't get me wrong. Fireplace, extra bathroom, washer/dryer, even a dishwasher. I just keep plannling how I will arrange everything instead of actually packing any of it up.
Something that has been holding my interest? New phone. I got the XperiaPlay about four days ago and have barely put it down since. Also, work. 54 hours this past week kept me pretty busy. Now I have 3 whole days off and I am sitting on my bed blogging. Fun and possibly funny to someone else, but a time-killer for me.
Also, it has been a while since I have sat down and blogges because I do the same thing when I want to write one. I procrastinate about bloging too. At first I wanted to write at least 3 a week and I have been slacking. Which I apologize for. I am sure I will update more soon.
For now, I'm going to try to force myself to at least pack my kitchen up. Haha. As always, thanks for reading my ramblings.

How did I forget to write about my own birthday?
Apparently I am so excited about Travis getting a job, I forgot to inform anyone that I turned 20.
For my birthday party I went to Lazy Dayz. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's a hookah lounge in Newport News. It was fun. Except for Tyler's car getting towed. Sorry again, Ty, I definitely thought you understood me when I said you couldn't park where you were at.
Even though you leaving and saying goodbyes and everything, then coming back in 2 minutes later saying your car was 'stolen' was kind of funny...
Anyways, yeah. I'm 20 now. No longer a 'teenager'. So far, nothing is different. Except I had to renew my license. Which apparently is more expensive and time consuming than building a car these days. 40 dollars doesn't exactly break the bank, but I was in the DMV for about 2 and a half hours. Lame.
I guess I'll let you get back to your regularly scheduled life.

Apartment hunting absence
Woah, it's been a while since I've blogged. I've had a lot going on, actually. To start? I've been working, as usual. But I've also been apartment hunting like crazy. Because guess what?
TRAVIS GOT A JOB!
And a good one too. Meaning my next apartment can be much nicer. This is the one we are currently looking at.

Same apartment as my brother, but without the loft/spiral staircase. Instead it'll be the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom one that is actually the same price. I'm stoked. Also hoping this one will have internet nearby. ^_^ But even if it doesn't, it has a fireplace, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. So... so far it is definitely winning.
Now I just need to go car shopping. I need something he'll be allowed to ride in/drive since it isn't much closer to his work. Until then, Poop will be on the bus.

Rain, rain, rain.
So, went to Bush Gardens for the 4th, and was a little weary of it being packed with people.
Got almost there, and then the bottom fell out. Huge storm. Fireworks were cancelled... lame.
So this is what I didn't see.
However, as soon as they announced the cancellation everyone left. I got to ride Apollos in the front twice without even having to get off. Ha. Later on, the rain stopped and it was still empty. So I got to ride everything and no one was around really. Plus I spent time in Pot of Gold with PoopTyler.
Probably one of the best 4th of Julys ever. Haha.
Decided to blog because I'm home alone, and thought about how long it's been. I'll try to get on more often.

Wooohoo! Internet from my couch
I know what you are thinking... "You finally paid and got internet?"
And the answer is: Nope. But I finally worked on my antennae and now I can steal wifi from the privacy of my apartment again. Know what that means? More blogs!
Are you excited? Oh, because I sure am! ha.
See you soon. Going to watch some horror movies. I'll update soon.
